Scheduling

Dr. Grant Jong D.M.D’s Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery offices are open Monday – Friday from 9am until 5pm.  We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or a true emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. Quality care cannot be rushed. If you are not having a true emergency, please understand that we must schedule patients in an orderly manner so that each patient gets the proper amount of time for their care. Squeezing you or your loved ones into our schedule for the sake of convenience does not promote quality care.

We understand the value of your time and we try our best to stay on schedule to minimize your waiting. Due to the fact that Dr. Grant Jong’s Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery offices’ provide surgical services, various circumstances may exceed the time allocated for a procedure. Emergency cases can also arise and cause delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Remember, we will give you the same quality of care in an unhurried and professional manner as the person before you.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to you with excessive wait time, but we assure you it is not due to our lack of respect for the value of your time. It is because we give each patient the care they deserve, and it is not always possible to predict the length of each exam or surgery.
